I, like a lot of people, have had battles with mental health issues. Luckily for me I had an amazing support network of family and friends. This song is for my friends who are fighting there own battles. No matter how it may feel or how tough depression gets remember that there are always people out there to help. Be it friends, family, counselors or Samaritans. Never be afraid to be honest. You're not alone
